Biodun OLALEYE holds a Higher National Diploma Civil Engineering from the Polytechnics Owoh and a Master of Engineering Computation degree in Structural Engineering from the Imperial College, London, United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN registered engineer. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and a holder of the Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
For close to two decades , Biodun has actively participated in the development of Mechanical, Structural, Petroleum & Environmental Engineering industries in Nigeria, United Kingdom and Ireland; he has worked in several Engineering & Construction companies at different capacity, some of which are; IJD PIPER NIG. LTD., BM (International Business Machines) Dublin Ireland; ELEMENTIS Chromium (UK) Ltd, United Kingdom, Sonic Services (Engineering, Structure, Energy, and Petrochemical), Ballycoolin Business Park, Ireland, ROSABOL Marbles & Granite, Nigeria.
He is very vast in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Operations and Maintenance; he has been a consultant to many Civil/Structural/Mechanical and Telecommunication companies in Nigeria, United Kingdom and Ireland.
Today, Biodun oversees GOLDEN APEX PROJECTS LTD. as the Managing Partner.
Olaleye OLUWOLE (B.Eng, M.Sc, PMP)
Head Technical Operations
Olaleye OLUWOLE holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Polythecnics, Ibadan and a Master of Science degree in Communications Engineering from the University of North London. Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN registered engineer. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and a holder of the Project Management Professional certification (PMP).
For the past one decade, Oluwole has actively participated in the development of telecommunications industries in Nigeria, he has worked in several telecommunications company at different capacity, some of which are; GS Telecoms (Gateway Telecoms), Lagos; Econet Nigeria ltd, Lagos. He is very vast in Transmission (Radio, VSAT or Fibre optics), he has been a consultant to many telecommunications company/PTO in Nigeria.
Oluwole is currently the Head, Technical Operations for GOLDEN APEX PROJECTS LTD.

Lanre MODUPE-SAMUEL holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Benin and a Master of Science degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Lagos. Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN registered engineer. He is also a member of the Project Management Institute and a holder of the Project Management Professional certification (PMP).

Aderonke NASH (B.Sc, MBA, ANIM)
Head, Client Services
Aderonke NASH holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology from the Lagos State University and a Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing from same.
Ronke Nash is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) as well as an alumnus of Lagos Business School. A young, dynamic, entrepreneur with an outstanding flair for Business Development and Management.
She oversees the company’s Corporate Business /Communication and clients services.
Taiwo ATORO (Bsc., M.Sc, MURP, MBA)
Managing Partner
Taiwo ATORO holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Regional Planning from the Lagos State University, Nigeria. He has over fifteen years of experience in the Building Construction, Property/Facility Management and Telecommunication industries and over fifteen years experience in Civil Works (Roads & Building), Project Planning, Management, Logistics Coordination, and Procurement, Team building and Teaching.
He has worked in different organizations at different capacity in Nigeria, Republic of Benin and Ghana; these include Finesse Consults Ltd, Daval Constructions Ltd, MOSKA Estates Ltd, Globacom Nigeria/ Benin Republic and Glomobile Communications Ltd Ghana. Taiwo is an Associate Lecturer in Environmental Resources Management of Lagos State University.
He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and holds associate member certifications of the associations.
Today, Taiwo is also a Managing Partner at GOLDEN APEX PROJECTS LTD.
Bidemi OBATUASE (HND., B.Eng, MSc, PMP)
Head, Projects & Civil Construction
Bidemi OBATUASE holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Ondo State University (Now University of Ado Ekiti), Nigeria & a Masters Degree in Housing Management from University of Ibadan. He has over fifteen years of experience in Civil Construction, Electrical/Telecoms industries in Nigeria and over ten years experience in Project Planning, Management and Team building.
He has worked in different organizations at different capacity both in Nigeria and Ghana; these includes Loud and Clear Communications ltd, Nigeria; Telemobile Solution – Ghana and HTECHBasis Nig Ltd He is a member of the Project Management Institute and holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification; he is also an associate member of the Association of Professional Engineers.

Seun OKE (HND, PGD, Msc)
Head, Designs & Concepts
Seun OKE is a 2008 Higher National Diploma holder (Architecture) from Lagos State Polytechnics. He was a site supervisor/field Architect with Archi Ventures Ltd between 2008/2009. Seun joined UATC Limited in 2010 and worked in different capacity before he resigned in 2013 as Assistant Manager Architect and eventually joined Le-Archi & Associates Ltd as partner in 2013. He is deeply rooted in Structural drawing of different types, design analysis and conceptualisation, and general designs consultancy .
Seun is our Head Architecture & Designs at GOLDEN APEX PROJECT LIMITED.
Kayode MOSURO (HND, PGD, ANIVS, RSV)
Head, Property Management
Kayode MOSURO is a 1991 Higher National Diploma graduate (Estate Management) from Yaba College of Technology Lagos. As a youth corper, he served with Rivers State Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, Onne in Rivers State; he was an Assistant Maintenance Officer (Estates) 1991/92.
He joined Messrs Bola Onabadejo & Co. a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and worked in different departments as Head of Agency, Valuation, Management and eventually the Victoria Island Office branch manager. He is deeply rooted in valuation of different types, property management, and general estate consultancy services. He resigned his appointment with Bola Onabadejo in August 1999 and subsequently joined Tunji Ologbon Partnership in October 2002 as Senior Estate Surveyor.
His primary roles here include: general real estate consultancy, agency, valuation and property management. Kayode is an Associate of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and also a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, registered by Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
Kayode is our Principal Property Manager.
